With the increase in demand for in-ground sprinkler systems, Jack expanded the business to include irrigation systems in 1998. Because of Jack's dedication to quality service and high customer service satisfaction, the business has grown substantially to include 7 employees. Jack is MNLA Certified, and holds a Minnesota Fertilizing Applicator License and is licensed for low-voltage (used for irrigation systems & landscape lighting). I contacted Jack shortly after an unfortunate incident left two of our residential sprinkler lines severed in three separate places. Jack not only came out on a Sunday afternoon, and not knowing what he was going to encounter, stayed all the while his cell phone was ringing off the hook. He deftly handled our "emergency" while dispatching his crews to their other jobs, all the while making our job his Priority.

Five years later, Jack handles all of our irrigation and snow removal services at our small business. As we are open 5 days a week from 6:30am - 6:30pm, Jack and his crews make it a Priority to handle our lawn care on the weekends and there's never been a time when we've opened our doors in the morning with snow on the sidewalk.
